North Wilkesboro's Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program This program provides funds to assist eligible property owners within the town limits to undertake home repairs and improvements. The goals of the program are to:
Preserve the existing housing stock; Provide a suitable and healthy living environment for residents; and, Eliminate blighting influences within a residential neighborhood. Loan Application and Loan Guidelines
USDA Rural Development Single Family Housing Repair Loans & Grants Also known as the Section 504 Home Repair program, this provides loans to very-low-income homeowners to repair, improve, or modernize their homes or provides grants to elderly very-low-income homeowners to remove health and safety hazards.
