[NORTH WILKESBORO, NC, January 4, 2021] In honor of Chief Rankin's long and honorable career in law enforcement, and on the occasion of his retirement, Mayor Robert Johnson has proclaimed today Chief Joe R. Rankin Jr. Day in the Town of North Wilkesboro and commends its observance to all residents.
