The Town of North Wilkesboro will observe the Christmas holiday on Wednesday and Thursday, December 25 and 26, 2024, and the New Year's Day Holiday on Wednesday, January 1, 2025. Trash and recycling schedules will also change.
The Town of North Wilkesboro will observe the Christmas holiday on Wednesday and Thursday, December 25 and 26, 2024. There will be no trash or recycling pick-up on those days. Please put trash and recycling out for pick-up on Monday, December 23, 2024, regardless of your regular pick-up day. If trash and recycling were not collected on Monday, leave them out on Tuesday for pick up. If your trash and recycling were not collected on Monday or Tuesday, place them out on Friday, December 27, for pick up.
The following week, the Town of North Wilkesboro will observe New Year's Day on Wednesday, January 1, 2025. There will be no trash pick up on Wednesday. If your normal pick-up day is Wednesday, place trash out on Thursday.
