Andrew Palmer is a lifelong native of North Wilkesboro who was elected to the Town Board Of Commissioners in 2019. He is passionate about seeing the community of Wilkes become a thriving hub for family living in western North Carolina that is known for being business friendly and offering a high quality of life for its citizens. He is also the owner of Mr. Owl's Guitar Shop and Andrew X Music.
